Customize and personalize your CRM app

Customization is defined as  “the action of making or changing something according to the buyer’s or user’s needs”. Henry Ford was famous for saying, “The customer can have it in any color they want, as long as it’s black” The business world has come a long way since then! Obviously customization is a great business strategy because it makes customers happier; and happy customers are repeat customers!

There’s customized and there’s personalized

Customization in clothing is enabling customers to order things in various sizes and colors. You can even match sleeve length and neck size for example for people with individual body types. But is it really personalized? You can buy a suit in a high end suit store which might fit you, but that’s a far cry from going to a tailor and having one hand made which literally follows the contours of your body. Now that’s personalization!

Many apps claim to customize

Some apps claim to allow customization, but what they really mean are preferences. For example, say you subscribe to a movie or TV streaming service which features a variety of programming. It might enable you to choose drama, horror, comedy, actio etc as the top search results or featured films when you login, but that is a far cry from personalization. EVERYONE who chooses “horror’ will get the same results as everyone else.

CRM apps can be personalized

Calls.AI isn’t just a CRM app with some pre-existing modules which can be customized. Our entire CRM can literally be personalized to suit your needs. Column names and sorting can be done in the exact manner which best suits your own requirements. Digital business cards can be made instantly and personalized per contact in your CRM.
